This new Sheaffer ballpoint has a metal barrel, finished in black lacquer. It has a bright palladium plated cap with a gold plated cap band and clip. The top of the cap is finished with a pearl "jewel".

This is a twist-cap ballpoint and comes with a medium blue refill.
